▷ IC Permissions▶ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Cabal isn't one for physical affection of any sort, but if your character wants to watch him squirm, sure, give him a hug! Just don't be surprised if it ends poorly. ▶ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Absolutely! Despite grudgingly wearing the title of "necromancer" Cabal prefers not to use magic to solve his problems, beyond the occasional banishment of a spirit or wards to keep the nasty things in his garden in his garden. He would much rather use his .577 "Boxer" Webley, his switchblade (for those quick, efficient murders), or his sword-stick to dispatch life's little inconveniences. He's a good shot and fairly adept at fencing, if a bit rusty. If no weapon is to hand he'll resort to fisticuffs, although he would prefer to avoid a brawl if he can. ▶ RELATIONSHIPS: They can certainly try. ▶ PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Mindreaders might be able to pick up on Cabal's surface thoughts, but getting any deeper than that will prove to be challenging. ▶ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Cabal is, by and large, an average human being. He is well versed in necromancy and can raise the dead with the right components. He's made it his business to understand magical runes and has been known to work effective protective spells (on his house. On people? No). However, in his world magic (with the exception of the Fey and the Old Gods) has rules. It's practical magic, and so Cabal would find himself in quite a fix against anyone that simply has magic at his or her fingertips. ▶ MEDICAL INFORMATION: No medical history to speak of. In terms of his own knowledge, Cabal knows more than one might expect. There was a time when he wanted to become a physician, though he would balk at the idea now. ▶ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Doctors. No, really. The quickest way to get Johannes' dander up is to ask him if he's a doctor. He also finds the company of children to be rather unpleasant due to his stint running a carnival. He had to be polite to them for an entire year. The horror. |
